Small Fry Hatchery Tour

Learn about the five species of Pacific salmon and their lifecycle through storytelling. Understand the importance of salmon in the Alouette Watershed and learn about the interconnectedness of the salmon forest. Complete the tour with a visit to our rainbow trout pond to feed the fish!

The tour is 1 hour long and takes place outside so dress accordingly. It is geared towards kids in K - Grade 7 but all ages are welcome. They have asked us to help limit the numbers of adults coming so please only one adult per party. If your child is on the younger side and still needs that supervision (I know mine do!) you are welcome to come along on the tour. If your child is older and comfortable being with the group you are welcome to enjoy your hot coffee and read a book in the car if you want!
