RMHL Subsidized rate $60 for all 4 weeks.Â
Friday Afternoons April 22 - May 13
Wear comfortable clothes, running shoes and bring a bottle of water. RMHL has run programs with Momentum before and they never dissapoint. Older and younger kids are usually put into different groups and will do activities based on their age/ ability.
Registration closes April 8 ( We need to get final numbers in to the gym )Â
About Momentum:
As BC’s only dedicated Ninja Warrior Training facility, we provide an environment for people to learn full body awareness through the disciplines of Parkour and Ninja Warrior. Everyone is able to grow at their own pace and find their passion in improving their physical abilities. Be it Obstacle Course Racing, Ninja Warrior, Strength Training, we have something for everyone.
