About the Event
UPDATE (Feb 5 @ 3pm) -- The workshop is now fully booked. Tickets have been opened (Entrance Only - No Workshop) for those who still wish to go to the zoo, explore at your own pace, and enjoy the discounted school rates. You still need enter with the group so please meet outside the gates at 945am!
Time: please arrive by 945am to check in and enter. The workshop will begin promptly at 10am.
Location: Meet outside the gates to check in. Once we enter the program will commence outside of Guest Services.
Program Details:
Students will use their observation skills to make connections between animals, their unique adaptations and the strategies that facilitate survival, including the impact of seasonal changes, in their different habitats. This program also highlights animal senses and the basic structures and functions of animal body systems.
